The Premier Price Match Promise

Price Promise Terms & Conditions;

• Includes All Splashbacks, Upstands, Table Runners and Radiator covers.
• The product must be of the same specification, E.g. 6mm Toughened, heat resistant safety Glass, of the same size with all edges polished. The price promise applies to items that look similar in colour, Premier Range do not insist the colour is identical, as long as competitors’ item is manufactured from the Same Range, E.g. Dulux colour Vs another Dulux colour. We would however not Price match one of our Dulux or Crown colours Vs a competitor’s home, or own branded colours. In the interest of transparency - Please note; The colour is required to be a visually close match because production costs for different colours can vastly vary in price.  *For a valid price match on Premier colours we would need you to prove the brand of paint used to ensure a similar, or better quality. This must be freely available and on the competitors website for us to verify.
• Competitors Item must be the Recommended Retail Price and available on their website to order. Excludes Sale items, marked down products, seconds and items on limited time and offer promotions, or when bought as part of an exclusive package offers. Also excludes voucher or coupon sales Etc.
• Any retrospective claims must be received within seven days of delivery of the item. Item must be made in and be available to buy in the U.K, as well as achieving the same delivery timeframes, E.g., 3 to 5 working days (or quicker) for items listed as Industry standard sizes, or 14 to 21 working days for bespoke and made to measure items on www.premierrange.co.uk.
• Delivery prices on the comparable item must be the same or less. Again, this excludes when bought with, and multi-item promotions. An example would be an item sold by us for £49.99 with £9.99 shipping, would not have a claim against it honoured if available elsewhere for £29.99 but with a shipping cost of £49.99.
